Mr. Rawson is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Patagonia Capital Advisors LLC. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in asset management, corporate advisory, and investment banking to the firm.

Before joining Patagonia Capital Advisors LLC, Mr. Rawson served as Managing Director at Genesis Capital Group LLC, a global investment and wealth management firm. He also held a seat on the Board of Directors of Worldwide Asset Management Group and held the position of Executive Vice President. Prior to that, he worked as a senior trader at Santander Bank.

Mr. Rawson is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, where he earned his BA degree in Business Administration. He furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from Hult International Business School. He is an Investment Advisor  of Acanto Asset Management and a holder of the series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser qualification.

Beyond his impressive financial career, Mr. Rawson also showcased his leadership skills as the Captain of the Argentina Polo team at the International Polo Open in China in 2019

ANDREW J. WILLIAMS Co-Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Williams is a prominent figure in the financial industry, serving as a Co-founder and Managing Director of Patagonia Capital Advisors Merchant Bank. With a focus on Capital Introductions and Business Development, he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth and success. With an extensive career spanning over 30 years, Andrew possesses a wealth of experience in Financial Services, Business Development, Marketing, and Corporate Advisory. 

Prior to his role at Patagonia Capital Advisors Merchant Bank, Andrew held the position Head of capital Introduction at Genesis Capital Group, an Investment Management Company. His expertise in cultivating strategic partnerships and implementing effective marketing strategies contributed to the Investment Management Company accomplishments. 

Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Adelphi University. This foundation, combined with his years of professional experience, has equipped him with the necessary skills to excel in his field. 

 Mr. O’Hara is raising capital for a closed-end private credit fund, is leveraging his 20+ years of success to originate new deal opportunities in the distressed debt vertical and capitalize on his relationships with major connectors to raise capital for Patagonia deals in FinTech, SaaS, Insurance, Real Estate, and Healthcare. 

Prior to Patagonia, Mr. O'Hara was Managing Director and Head of Distribution for Stonybrook Capital, a boutique capital advisory and intermediate firm, where he contributed his fundraising expertise, originated insurance-focused deals, and managed insurance vertical relationships with Insurance Strategics, PE Investors, Family Offices, and Ultra High Net Worth Entities.

Previously, Jamie was the Founder, Investor, and Managing Member of Grise Global Groupe, a New York-based firm focused on venture capital-backed companies seeking to build new business development and fundraising strategies globally. Portfolio companies boast over $250M in annual revenue with clients such as Apple, Spotify, and Amazon Music, in addition to over 60 top U.S. universities.

Earlier, Jamie Co-headed investor relations and capital raising at Yorkville Advisors, he co-led fundraising efforts that increased AUM from $340M to $1.2B in only two years and originated, negotiated, and exited credit facilities focused on the E&P vertical with +14% IRR over three years. 

He earned his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Holds FINRA  Series 7 and 63.

Dr. Tomassone is a distinguished professional with a Ph.D. in Physics and a Post Doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering, both earned at Rutgers University. Currently serving as a Professor of Chemical Engineering, she brings a wealth of expertise to the academic and corporate realms.

In her role, Dr. Tomassone is at the forefront of communication with investors, spearheading Strategic and Financial Communication initiatives. With over two decades of experience, she has forged impactful collaborations with numerous petrochemical, biochemical, and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Tomassone's innovative contributions extend beyond the boardroom, as evidenced by her development of several patents.

Her influence is not limited to corporate corridors; Dr. Tomassone has left an indelible mark on the scientific community. She boasts a remarkable record of publications in prestigious scientific journals, including notable publications in Physical Review Letters, Chemical Engineering Science, and Nature Communications. Her pioneering research focuses on pharmaceutical nanotechnology and granular materials, contributing to advancements in these cutting-edge fields.

Dr. Tomassone is a sought-after figure in the academic and professional circuit, having delivered over 130 oral presentations in national and international conferences. This extensive engagement underscores her commitment to knowledge dissemination and her influential presence in the global scientific community.

Tom is the Principal of Broadbent Consulting, Founder of AmNepal and Managing Partner at Anadromous.

Known for his strong voice for Responsibility Advocacy, Data driven expert knowledge and Climate Change ESG Investment Industry Integrity.

Tom became the first American to hold the CFA UK and CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing in 2020.  He is an  undergraduate of Jacksonville University BS, with graduate studies Psychology at Harvard University.  Holds FINRA  Series 7, 24 and 63.

 Paula Elia was born in Buenos Aires.  She completed her studies in Universidad de Buenos Aires and graduated as an Architect.  Her work has evolved reflecting in her proper consistency an implied style towards a solid and distinguished identity: mulitiple approaches reached with a daring attitude which embraces a large spectrum for the development of her projects.  Painting is also her actual work.  The many original and outstanding proposed projects has given place to meet important clients such as Mercado Libre (Argentina and Brazil) since year 2000, and other innovative projects in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Santiago de Chile.

With over 20 years of experience, Debora has successfully established and led innovative ventures in the fields of startups and luxury real estate. Her expertise lies in startup development and the establishment of new funds and companies. Some noteworthy accomplishments include founding Antarctica Asset Management, a 2.1 billion Fund of Hedge Funds and securing seed capital for esteemed firms such as Maso Capital, Aqua Capital, Mandala Capital and Enko Capital.  She participated in luxury deals as part of the Gary Cooper team (now know as Hedgerow)  and has personally invested and developed high-end residential properties in the New York City and Hamptons NY.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively engages with and contributes to her community. She take great pride in serving on the board of the Bridgehampton Public Library and dedicates time as a committed volunteer at the Bridgehampton Childcare Center.

Mr. Makse is a Distinguished Professor of Physics at the City University of New York. His work focuses on networks, data science and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Makse has a record of high-impact research authoring 18 Nature papers and counting.  He has developed machine learning algorithms that form the basis of Kcore Analytics to identify influencers and to understand opinion trends to effectively predict election outcomes from social media. He is currently developing the next-generation of AI tools to understand and predict opinion trends from alternative data.

With over 30 years of international experience, Mr. Marcial Socas stands as a seasoned professional in the world of polo. Renowned as a skilled horse trainer, adept salesperson, and an expert in organizing prestigious polo events, 

He  has played tournaments in Palermo polo field (Argentina) .Currently, Mr. Socas is an active competitor at the Wine Country Polo Club in California, where his passion and expertise shine on the polo field. During the winter season, his talents extend across coasts as he engages in matches in Florida and at the El Dorado Polo Club in California.

As a salesperson, Mr. Socas brings a strategic and insightful approach to the business side of polo. His ability to connect with clients and match them with the perfect horse demonstrates not only his expertise but also his commitment to the growth and sustainability of the sport.
